AL-Haitham Ltd - Terms and Conditions of Use
1. General Application Welcome to AL-Haitham Ltd. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and our Property Profit Portal (the "Calculator"). By using our Calculator or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Nature of Estimates (Not Financial or Professional Advice) The AL-Haitham Property Profit Portal provides automated, algorithmic estimations for construction, extension, and interior design costs.
Estimates Only: The figures, timelines, Gross Development Values (GDV), and Return on Investment (ROI) yields generated by this tool are broad estimates based on regional industry averages. They do not constitute a formal, binding commercial quotation or an exact Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
No Liability: Construction costs fluctuate based on site-specific conditions (e.g., groundworks, structural complexities, material price changes). AL-Haitham Ltd accepts no liability for any discrepancies between the algorithmic estimate and the final actual costs of your project.
No Financial Reliance: You must not rely on these automated figures to secure mortgages, bridging loans, or to finalize property purchases. Always seek an independent, formal site survey and architectural feasibility study before committing financially to a property or build.
3. Planning Permission & Building Control The Calculator may indicate whether a project falls under "Permitted Development" or requires "Full Planning." This is for general guidance only. The generation of an estimate does not guarantee that your proposed project will be granted Planning Permission or pass Building Regulations. It remains the property owner's responsibility to verify planning requirements with their local authority.
4. Intellectual Property The code, algorithm, mathematical logic, layout, and resulting PDF design of the Property Profit Portal are the exclusive intellectual property of AL-Haitham Ltd. Unauthorized duplication, scraping, reverse-engineering, or commercial reproduction of this tool by competing architectural firms, builders, or software developers is strictly prohibited and will be subject to immediate legal action under UK Copyright Law.
